I hold a degree in Pharmacy, along with postgraduate studies in mental health, homeopathy, and marketing. I have spent my entire life searching for answers to the deepest questions of my soul, which has led me to practice, experience, and walk a therapeutic journey studying aromatherapy, candles, Ascended Masters, tarot, crystals, medicinal plants, chromotherapy, past lives, yoga, hot stones, singing bowls, and the pendulum—moving through several spiritual paths such as shamanism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Spiritism, Umbanda, paganism, and the Christian faith.

I am also a Sister of the Rose and an alchemist of the sacred Rose medicine.

All of this nourishes my compendium of beliefs and my journey of self-knowledge.

More recently, I decided to share my daily practices and inspire reflection through the questions I have asked myself.

I created a group on Meetup called “Seeds of Light”, and you are warmly invited to join the meditation sessions for the planet and the spiritual chats held throughout the year.

I intend to continue acting as a channel through the tools I have been initiated into, allowing me to support others in finding balance in key areas of their lives—with responsibility, ethics, and care—by facilitating profound self-knowledge and healing experiences through the egregores of Light that kindly work with me.

I feel and share love, peace, and protection from all my guardians—without whom I would not be who I Am.
